- Perform accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts - Assist with revenue cycle management by ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections - Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Assist with account reconciliation and analysis - Utilize accounting software and systems to process financial data - Provide support to the corporate accounting team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of financial services and accounting principles - Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry - Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Experience with debits and credits is preferred Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
