2K a year TITLE Solid Race -Thin Ring/ FCA/ Inspect/Pack COMPANY JTEKT Koyo Bearings DEPARTMENT 60 - Thin Ring FCA LOCATION Cairo, Georgia SHIFT 2nd (3PM - 11PM) CLASSIFICATION Hourly GRADE 10 Summary/Purpose The Thin Ring Cell Inspector/Packer is responsible mainly for the Inspection, pack and moving of finished product to the SQC inspect process.
This includes the building of pack boxes and shipping cartons.
This person will also be assisting with the loading and unloading of all production equipment within the bore, hone and wash operations as time permits.
Once parts are approved for shipment parts are to be packed into shipping cartons.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
Follow Standard Work procedures and work place instructions.
Perform work in a systematic manner to insure that all steps are carried out in the proper sequence.
The use of Poke-A-Yoke gauges is required as well as 100% visual inspection for possible defects.

This position has an exposure to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, electrical power distribution and controls, compressed air systems, hydraulic systems, steam distribution and generation, water, various types of lubricants, chemical and wash baths, extreme heat, mechanical machine operation, etc.
Will be regularly required to climb, stand, sit, and reach with hands, fingers, and arms.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required.
This position requires regular lifting of work up to 40 pounds, and push or pulling work up to 125 pounds with proper equipment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
