The Quality Manager is responsible for supporting and leading the operation of the quality management department and the effectiveness of the entire plant?s quality program to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Responsible for development and implementation of plant quality systems Ensure that the outgoing product quality is continuously improving Measure, track, and improve both quality system input and quality performance output metrics Develop and maintain the quality action plan Remain abreast of gauging, inspection and statistical technology Manage customer quality audits and surveys Ensure plant complies to TS-16949 automotive standard Reduce the cost of quality (internal scrap, appraisal and external scrap) Assist Sales, Engineering and Division Quality Assurance Management with the interpretation and development of procedures necessary to meet customer requirements Visit customers and suppliers as necessary to support quality programs Maintain an awareness of customer quality system requirements and ensure compliance Support Quality Gate 20 and safe product launch responsibilities. Responsibilities: 2 direct reports. Responsible for the Metallurgical Lab, Gage Rooms and Master lab. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate strong problem solving skills Knowledge and use of SPC Previous quality experience with bearing manufacturing Five years automotive experience desired. Education and
Experience: BS ? Engineering, 6-8 years experience in Quality Minimum of 7 years experience in Quality and in a lean manufacturing environment Work Environment/Physical Demands: Work is mostly performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Daily performance of this position will require regular exposure to manufacturing areas, which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection and safety shoes. Travel requirement isEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
